As a Community Events & Partnerships Intern, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant and engaging member experience across BHIVE spaces.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Event Management & Planning
Assist in organizing engaging community events across BHIVE centres
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute a monthly community calendar
Actively contribute to BHIVE Club activities (e.g., Fitness Club, Book Club, Pet Club)
Partnership & Collaboration
Assist in onboarding brand partnerships that enhance the member experience
Support brand activations, sampling activities, and other in-house collaborations
Community Engagement
Be the face of BHIVE for members, guests, and visitors
Build strong relationships with members to understand needs and enhance satisfaction
Promote collaboration and idea-sharing through curated programs
Marketing & Feedback
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and promote events
Collect and analyze post-event feedback to drive improvement
Operational Support
Address and escalate member concerns where necessary
Ensure community spaces are event-ready and well-maintained
